Norwich
Norwich
is the county town of Norfolk and this is reflected by the range of shops
to be found in the city.
Supermarkets
- All the big ones are here. On the south side of the city are Tesco,
Morrisons, Elsewhere Sainsburys x2 and Waitrose. Lidl x2, Aldi to the north of the city.
There
are two large shopping malls in the city - Chaplefields and Castle Mall.
There are many other shops around the city. St Benedicts, Elm Hill and
the central market - open 6 days a week - are all worth visiting.
Like
any big city car parking can be a nightmare! There are six Park and Rides
around the city. Parking free, but the bus now costs a swinging £1.60 per person into the city bus station.
Parking at one of the inner city malls could be a better deal!
